This project was for a Wine Appreciation Course I took at San Jose State University. The project was to create a four different wine parings that best suited the meals assigned to us. After doing some research and going over notes I've taken of wines I've personally tried, I came to a decision on these four wines. Though I completed my task as a student, my professor praised me for creating an extremely convincing menu and asked to borrow the template for his restaurant in Carmel California where he is the main Sommelier. I find the design to be clean, inviting, yet informational. I didn't want any confusion about which wine went with which meal and an explanation on the back to help demonstrate why the pairing worked to the dinning customer.
